What you hand over

A monthly package includes everything that needs to be arranged for your business in a year:

• We process your records, every quarter
• We do every VAT return, and the EC Sales List if you supply businesses in other EU countries
• We do your income tax return, and your partner's
• You get a balance sheet and a profit and loss account, so you know how you are doing
• You get a reminder before every deadline, so you never miss one

We are honest about what is not included: registrations abroad, customs, payroll and help with a tax audit are agreed separately.

What it costs

Basis costs EUR 89 a month. For that we process your records and do all your returns. Compleet costs EUR 135 a month. Then you can also ask for unlimited tax advice: call or email as often as you like, at no extra cost.

If you have a BV, it starts at EUR 150 a month. That also includes the corporate income tax, the annual accounts and filing them with the Chamber of Commerce.

All amounts exclude VAT. As a business you get that VAT back. A package runs for at least three months, after that you can cancel every month. The amount you hear up front is the amount you pay.

How it works

Once a quarter you send in what you have: photos of receipts, PDFs of invoices or a bank export. As you receive it, unsorted. You do not have to sort anything.

You can do that by email or with our free app: take a photo of the receipt and you are done. In the same app you later see your whole file, ordered by quarter. The return is also waiting there for you before it is filed.

If something is missing, you hear from us well before the deadline.

Why people switch

This is what we hear most often:

• The software. It costs EUR 15 to 41 a month, and you also have to learn how to use it. With us you do not need it: you simply send your receipts.
• The hourly rate. At most firms a call about an investment or a customer abroad costs money. So you do not call, while that conversation often saves you money.
• Only hearing afterwards that something went wrong. If you hear in May that last quarter's return was wrong, it is too late to do anything about it.

You can switch at any time of the year, and with us it costs nothing. Your records are yours. We request the documents from your previous bookkeeper and take over the returns in progress.
