What you can do with it
Scan receipts
Take a photo of a receipt or pick a file, up to two hundred at a time. Large photos are made smaller automatically. We do the sorting.
Create and send invoices
Pick the customer, fill in what you did and the amount, and send the invoice as a PDF. You see which invoices are still open and which are overdue. A credit note or reminder takes one tap. With your own logo and colour.
Your file in one place
Purchase and sales invoices, receipts, bank statements and returns are grouped by year and quarter. Permanent documents are kept separately. Search by document name and filter by year or document type. Each return shows whether it is in progress or filed.
Direct contact
From the app you open WhatsApp or an email to your tax adviser right away, with your client number already filled in. So we know straight away who you are.
Useful notifications
You get a notification a week before the VAT deadline, when your return is ready to approve and when an invoice is three days overdue.
Review and approve your return
We prepare the return with its amount. You review it and approve it through a confirmation window with an explanation. Your tax adviser then files the return. Once it is filed, you see the amount, the payment due date and the payment reference, with a button to copy them.
How to start
Download the app
On iPhone you download Valorem for free on the App Store. On Android and computer you open the portal in your browser. We give you your client number when you become a client.
Sign in with your code
Enter your client number and use the code from your email. No password to remember. In the iPhone app you then protect the app with Face ID.
Send your first documents
Scan a receipt or pick files under Send files and send them. We do the sorting.
Free, and no accounting software needed
The app comes with every monthly package, from Basis to Bv Compleet. You pay nothing extra, and you do not have to buy or learn any software.
